We are MighTea Boba; a “Family Owned, and Finger Lakes Grown” small business located in Canandaigua, NY. Some of you might know us as the Grover family; Trevor, Carol, Felicia, Caitlyn and Rhen. We have lived in the Canandaigua area for over 10 years and have always wanted to start a family business. We were introduced to Bubble Tea back in 2013 while we were visiting Buffalo, NY, and we all fell in love with the product. We have been pondering opening one in the Canandaigua area ever since, and we finally decided to take the leap! Since starting our business plan, things have moved along rather quickly. We received the keys to our current location on August 9, 2017 and began the demo and build-out process to bring our vision for MighTea Boba to life! And before we knew it, it was time to open our doors to the public…on October 18, 2017 we began serving our customers our signature Bubble Teas (and more!) and have had an absolute blast doing so ever since! Since opening in October 2017, we have opened a location at The Windmill Farm and Craft Market in Penn Yan in April 2018, and have started to serve through our new food truck at festivals, parties, shows, and more.Family is the most important thing to us, and as a family business, we hope to become a friendly, exciting destination in Canandaigua for you and your family!
