The Quilt Room

It all began as a hobby. In 1981 Susie Stoltzfus, having recently moved from Lancaster, Pennsylvania to New York, began to make quilts and show them at local shows. Today The Quilt Room is owned and operated by Susie’s daughter and son-in-law, Naomi and Glenn Lapp. Our specialty is custom work as well as doing repairs. Many new crafts and candles have been added to our shop. The Quilt Room is at 1970 Hoyt Road, Penn Yan, and ½ mile from The Windmill.
